Increased priority queue performance to speed up page cache synchronization in the superserver.
Disabled page-to-disk write priorities during restore.
Fixed some entries missing from the replica database.
Disabled permission checking for Grant / Revoke DDL operations on replica.
Fixed and improved the query optimizer:
- added cardinality-based evaluation when choosing between semi-join and HASH algorithm
- incorrect result of a query c EXISTS with UNION inside a subquery
- suboptimal plans for joins with ORDER BY
